Building Bright Futures Through Education

About Our School

Mulunga Secondary School (S2629) is a government-owned co-educational secondary school located in Ukalawa Ward within the Njombe District in Tanzania. The school serves students from surrounding rural communities and provides Ordinary Level education (Form 1–4) according to the national curriculum set by the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA).

The institution aims to promote quality education, discipline, and personal development among students. At the end of Form Four, students sit for the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE), which determines their eligibility for advanced studies or vocational training.

Mulunga Secondary School offers both day and boarding facilities, making education accessible to students who live far from the school. The campus includes classrooms, administrative offices, and student accommodation facilities. A team of dedicated teachers works to guide students academically and morally while encouraging participation in extracurricular activities such as sports, environmental clubs, and community service.

Located approximately 103 km from Njombe Town, the school plays an important role in improving educational opportunities in the area. By focusing on academic excellence, discipline, and community values, Mulunga Secondary School continues to contribute to the development of educated and responsible citizens in the Njombe region.
